SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING

Our orders are shipped from our studio location in Oakville, ON, unless stated within their product description as some of our items ship from their fulfillment centres. Items shipped from our Oakville location, typically ship within 1-2 business days.  If you are in a rush for your order, please send us an email to customerlove@theagstudio.com and we will be happy to facilitate that for you (additional fee's may apply with express shipping costs.)

 

OUR CARRIERS
Greeting cards, small stationery items and art prints are generally shipped via regular mail with Canada Post. For shipping transit times, please refer to Canada Post's website here. For larger items, we ship with various carriers (Canada Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Purolator), these items include tracking numbers. Transit times vary with each location. Once your order is fulfilled you will received a notification and tracking number (if applicable.)

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All duties and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

DAMAGES/DELAYED/LOST PACKAGES

We ensure all items are packaged with care. However, we are not held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/delivery, as it is out of our control. If this event is to occur for your order, please email us within 3 days of receiving this item and provide photographic proof, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. Please insure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as we are not responsibly for incorrect or missing address information.  We cannot refund packages lost in the mail due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.  If an undeliverable package is returned to us completely undamaged, we can re-ship to the correct address, however additional shipping charges will be charged.  Unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of the shipment, we will not provide refunds.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We offer return or exchanges on some of our product.  See below for product breakdown of return/exchange options. Items that allow returns/exchange options may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Used, open and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Feel free to email customerlove@theagstudio.com for any questions. 

 

Returns/Exchanges with Shipping Charge

Greeting Cards, Art Prints (5x7"), Art Prints (16x20"), Stationery, and Cosmetic Bags

If you wish to exchange or refund one of these products, we require you ship them back to us and we will issue your refund/send you new product upon receiving the returned item(s).  The return shipping charge will be removed from your return total.

 

Returns/Exchanges with FREE shipping (domestic orders only)

Art Prints (8x10", 11x14"), Tie Dye Cropped Hoodies, and Pillows

If you wish to exchange or refund one of these products. Please email us and we will send you a FREE shipping label. 
HOODIES MUST BE:
Unworn

Unwashed
All tags must be attached
No perfume or other scents
No rips or tears
No other signs of being worn

 

Returns/Exchanges with Shipping Charge (International Orders)

Art Prints (8x10", 11x14"), Tie Dye Cropped Hoodies, and Pillows

If you wish to exchange or refund one of these products, we require you ship them back to us and we will issue your refund/send you new product upon receiving the returned item(s).  The return shipping charge will be removed from your return total.

 

These items are FINAL SALE. No return/exchange allowed.

Sale items, some apparel (they will say within their description that they are final sale), tote bags, tech accessories, mugs, calendars, framed art, canvas art, customized prints, including custom sizes are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

HOLIDAY ORDERS

Please ensure all orders are completed by December 11th to arrive by Christmas.  If you are ordering a product after this date, please ensure you fill out a priority/express mail option to arrive in time for Christmas.
