All orders will ship from Oakville, ON, Canada within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be shipped via standard mail, however if you require a tracking number/express shipments will be sent via Fed Ex. Please make sure you specify the method you would like when checking out. See below for shipping time frames.

DUTIES & TAXES
All duties and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
The AG Studio packages all of it's items carefully, so that the art work is protected during the shipping process. However, The AG Studio is not held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/delivery, as it is out of our control. If this event is to occur for your order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving this item and provide photographic proof, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Please insure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as we are not responsibly for incorrect or missing address information. We cannot refund packages lost in the mail due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a undeliverable package is returned to us completely undamaged, we can re-ship to the correct address, however we will need to charge for the shipping again. Unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of the shipment, we will not provide refunds.
Unused or unopened orders may be returned within 14 days or receipt for a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange or refund a product, we require you ship them back to us and we will issue your refund/send you new product upon receiving the returned item(s). Used, open and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Customized prints, including custom sizes are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please ensure all orders are completed by December 11th to arrive by Christmas. If you are ordering a product after this date, please ensure you fill out a priority/express mail option to arrive in time for Christmas.

Where are you located? Where do you ship items from?
Our studio is located in Oakville, ON, Canada, which is just outside the city of Toronto. We ship from this location.
How long will it take to receive my order? What is the exchange return policy?

Do you do custom illustration?
Yes we do! We have done everything from wedding portraits, dogs, family & friends, as well as product imagery. If you have something in mind, please contact us with the details and (if applicable) images and we will get back to you with a quote and time frame. On average custom prints take 2-3 weeks to complete, plus shipping times.
What are my payment options?
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
What wedding design services do you provide?
We currently offer a design package that includes invites, RSVP cards, menu's, placements cards and much more! If you are interested in this service, please fill out the contact form here with details of what you are looking for.
Do you offer framing?
We are in the transition of providing framing option online, stay tuned! If you are interested in receiving a frame print please contact us for details.
Can I get my print put on canvas?
This is a service we can provide when requested. We can do 3/4" deep framing or 1 1/2" deep museum framing. These costs will be added to the art print cost. If you are interested in getting your print put onto a canvas please contact us here.
Do you offer custom sizes?
We can offer any size you would like, however the final price of the art print will be adjusted to accommodate your custom size. Please contact us with the name and size of the print you would like and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote.
How is your artwork made?
All our work is hand drawn by Alison in our Oakville studio. The works is digitally using a drawing pad and digital stylus tool. It is then sent to professional printers and printed on high quality luxury paper stock.
